How is your pricing different?
Every product on the site has a real price. No quote-only gating, no “contact sales for pricing.” You see the price, lead time, and full specs before you commit.
Do you offer academic / volume discounts?
Yes. 10% academic discount is auto-applied at checkout with a .edu or allow-listed institutional email. Volume tiers: 5+ units = 10% off, 10+ units = 15% off. Discounts do not stack — you get the better of the two.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. POs / NET-30 are available at checkout for verified institutional accounts. Card checkout is available for everyone. First PO orders are capped at $5,000; higher limits unlock after your first invoice is paid on time. See institutions for details.
What's the lead time?
Each product page shows lead time in business days. Most in-stock equipment ships within 7–10 business days; custom and made-to-order items take longer and the page says so.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. v1 ships within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See the full shipping & returns policy.
Can you build custom equipment?
Yes — for select modifications and one-off builds. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a quote.
