1. Acceptance
By placing an order through prometheusscientific.com you agree to these terms. Prometheus Scientific, LLC (“we”, “us”) sells research equipment to U.S. customers only in v1.
2. Orders & payment
Orders are accepted when we send an order-confirmation email. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Purchase orders are subject to verification and credit terms.
3. Shipping & lead times
Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. See shipping policy for details on damage, missing items, and returns.
4. Warranty
Equipment is warranted free of manufacturing defects for one year from the ship date. Wear-and-tear and damage from misuse are not covered.
5. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
