Shipping & returns
How we get equipment to your bench.
Clear, practical shipping and returns policies. v1 ships within the United States only.
Lead times
Each product page lists a lead time range in business days. Most in-stock items ship in 7–10 business days. Made-to-order equipment (e.g. some mazes) ships in 10–21 business days. PO orders ship after we receive your signed PO.
Shipping costs
We use freight or parcel depending on size. Final shipping is calculated after order placement and added to your invoice. Most U.S. orders ship via standard ground; expedited shipping is available on request.
Damage & missing items
Inspect your shipment within 7 days of delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, email hello@prometheusscientific.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Unused, unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
International
Not available in v1. International shipping is on our roadmap — let us know if you need it.
